 Join Us for Sunday School!
This Year's theme: "Whoever is thirsty; let him take the free gift of the water of life." Rev 22:17
Life is precious and the things we need the most to live it are FREE! So why wouldn't we take these gifts? Lets find out. Sunday School worship begins at 8:30 am or following the 10 am service. Parents! Sunday school is also free and the place to be! Your young Christians age 3 through grade 8 in any school are invited and encoraged to attend. Parents, you too!
Or while your children are attending Sunday School, it is a perfect opportunity for you to attend:
Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study!
Too much of God's Word is never an issue. The class meets during the same time as Sunday school in the church basement. and let's not forget:
Sunday Morning Teen Bible Study!
Following the 8 am service only, same place, different room!

Communion Common Cup
IT'S BACK!
The Marquette County Health Department has asked our congregation to temporarily modify our common cup communion practice until the h1 n1 swine flu virus scare has subsided. This could last through late fall ' 09 due to virus mutation. At the last council meeting, due to popular request, it was decided to return to both individual and common cups. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND our current swine flu situation. Please exercise due dilligence if you have or have been exposed to the virus.

New WELS Synod logo available!
Also the new WELS website is almost complete in its beta testing. If you would like to take a look at it, it is located at: beta.wels.net. Expected release is this coming fall.
It looks as if it is much easier to navigate around than the "old" site. I hope they keep all of the information the "old" site had. -webmaster |

If you missed last week's Sermon, FEAR NOT! It is now waiting on the media download page for your listening pleasure. You can listen directly from this site or download them to your computer or MP3 player. Eventually these will be Podcasts also and will be available through I-tunes. Sermons dating from early June to current are available. There is also some music from our Sunday School. Videos may also be posted at a later date. There will be only the prior 3 months of sermons available, so check back often! Use the side menu under the "Downloads/Media" tab or click: Check it out!
